If I could rate lower I would! I called for a pick up, and they told me 10 mins. 30 mins later still no cab, I tried to call with no answer. As I went to the bathroom they called me, and left me a nasty message, swearing at me and saying I wasn't there and how rude I was for wasting there time. We were waiting outside, no way they could have missed us. To make it worse, in the voicemail, they didn't hang up, and we could hear a drug deal going down on their end! So incredibly unprofessional and rude. I have never had such a horrible experience! DON'T EVER CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT RESPECT AND TO ACTUALLY BE PICKED UP!

I was harassed by the driver the whole ride they are rude and have the nerve to ask for all that money I didn't look at the reviews big mistake I'm now late to work lesson learned

I have called many times for time calls and they are always on time.  No other cab company has came even close to matching

minutes later... driver has the nerve to call me finally and tell me that it's gonna be another 10 minutes. Haha no. Going back to uber.
