I had major body work done after an accident a few years ago. They did a great job, they took care of everything and had it done early. I continue to use them and  I trust them enough to send my friends and family.

Never go to these guys for mechanical work. Had to get all the parts they replaced re-replaced by another shop only 3 month later (less that 500 miles) and that's all this year. My now permanent mechanic said they used much cheaper parts that weren't designed to last more than a couple months at a time and he gladly showed me the part and the new one in comparison. AND the new guy I went to charged me less than half what Al Brouder's did for the same exact parts. Body work on the other hand came out beautifully on my mothers car twice, granted they forgot to reattach one of the panels they took off the second time, which when she realized and took it back they fixed right way no charge. Their work on my mothers car is what saved their asses from only getting the one star. Only reason I'd ever go back is if the body work got bad enough to affect the function of my car.

" Brodeur's is a Top-notch Full Service Organization!! Not only was my most-recent auto body repair handled competently and in a timely manner, but when I had a problem with a subsequent headlight failure caused by the accident,  the matter was addressed quickly, well beyond my satisfaction.  Each person I interacted with at Brodeur's was sincere, trustworthy, and professional, from appraisal & quote, to scheduling/repair, inclusive of car rental procedures,and all the wrap-arounds that needed to be handled with insurance company  My repair qualified for the E-Z Car Rental program now available between Broduer's and Enterprise: all I had to do was wait for my rental to arrive within 10 mins. of my drop-off, and I promptly got a similar level of SUV as was being repaired.  Fantastic!  Finally, to put icing on this cake,  when I picked up my own vehicle,  it was cleaned AND detailed - spotless !.  What a terrific surprise.  ( BTW - Don't miss Peggy's cookies,  fresh baked for customers and workers alike. Yummy!! )

The Al Brodereur's team was just awesome! They did a great job in replacing my rear bumper cover after being hit. The whole process in working with them could of not been any easier. There work in the final result was perfect. They arrange for my rental pickup and took care of the return for me. The whole process including working with the insurance was a breeze. Other businesses should be using them for a model on how to run a business. Yes, I do recommend them!  MikeS

My car was involved in a minor accident, resulting in some scratches and small dents. I expected Al Brodeur's to restore the exterior of my car to its pre-accident state, which they did, and then some. (Even removing some tree sap on another part of the car.)

What I didn't expect, and what totally blew me away, was the fact that the interior of my car had been cleaned and detailed to a level it hasn't seen since it rolled off the manufacturer's line as a brand new vehicle. 

I've had my car repaired at other body shops in the past, and the interior was never cleaned, let alone detailed.

I've also had my car cleaned and detailed in a number of other shops. Not anymore. Not only is Al Brodeur's my trusted road to repair, but they're also the most detail oriented shop I've ever encountered.
