Took my 16 Jeep Renegade there to get a Smooshed exhaust repaired. Had them install a Magnaflow 4" Tube in place a the OEM muffler. Great job and quickly done.

Awesome place to get service done. Talked with them on the phone and described my situation for replacing my current mufflers with new custom ones I bought on the internet. The manager gave me a rough quote of the price and the end price turned out to be pretty much the same! The guys were extremely pleasant to talk to and definitely made the atmosphere a comfortable one. They let me watch them work when I wanted to and I could see their attention to detail and pride in their work. They didn't cut any corners and let me know what they were doing/going to do as a courtesy which made me feel more comfortable. The job these guys did in my opinion was very professional, timely, and simply done right. I will definitely be going back to them when I save up for an X-pipe system to be put in. I hope the Worcester site is just as knowledgeable and easily approachable as these two gentlemen were.

I happily recommend the Marlborough location of Lou's. I explained what I was looking for out of my exhaust, and they delivered exactly what I was looking for. The price was right, and the service was fast. I was pleased to see a clean, well stocked shop when I walked in as well. Thanks guys.
