If you want fair prices on newer vehicles, this is the place to go. The people there are extremely friendly and seemed very transparent to me. Every question I asked was answered accurately and even a month later I still am extremely happy about the customer service and the price I paid for the vehicle. Ask to see David Bales and Scott Murphy. Both of them seemed to really care about finding me a vehicle I really liked and could afford.

Lauren my salesperson was very helpful and very knowledgeable with the car I was looking at. I live in Albuquerque New Mexico and took a bus to look at the car and test drive it and he picked me up at the bus station and was very cordial... I would definitely refer him to any of my friends looking to buy a car at Al Serra

All in all I feel like this is a great dealership. This is my third vehicle I've purchased from this dealership. Both Dave and Matt are great sales men. Honest and fair. Jon, the sales manager, works miracles to get the car you want. I've already successfully referred one friend there and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a good car at an honest value.

I was given a loaner car to use while mine was being worked on which really helped me be able to leave mine there for a few days. The people were really good at staying in contact with me thru the process of the work. They got me in in a timely manner and Were friendly and professional.

We went to get ourselves a reliable and affordable vehicle for the coming winter. We found exactly what we were looking for here at Al Sierra South. Highly recommended for those looking for a safe, reliable car with affordable payment plans. The customer service there was also excellent and very welcoming. Thank you Rick Buckner for providing the amazing help we needed in choosing the right vehicle, and thank you Jose Guzman for working hard for the finance. Five stars!
