Kenney was fantastic! We went in thinking there was no way we could afford what we wanted, we wouldn't get hardly anything for our trade in, and this was the first day of many. We were so wrong. He found us a CPO and gave us enough for our trade in that it made it affordable plus being able to afford an extended warranty. He was no pressure, very factual and very logical. Gave us the info, worked with us and brought prices down, and never made us feel pressured. It was the best experience that I could have hoped for and he made it happen. Drove it home today.

Initially we worked with a very personable man. Can't remember his name. But when his sales manager got involved things went bad quickly. Horrible attitude, condescending,  made a terrible remark along the lines of "go talk to to your girlfriend" when I was on the phone in front of my wife. Made walking away from this place entirely too easy. I wish I remembered his name but overall the experience is not worth remembering. I don't recommend coming here for anything sales related.

Great dealership. Bought my car here and had it serviced here. During one of the services a rep offered to take one of the more beaten up used cars to the old Sam's club parking lot and teach my friend how to drive manual even though he knew my friend wasn't interested in buying a car. 

They got some decent snacks too.

My initial experience with Front Range was great. But of course it was, they were trying to sell me a car. 
I had spent my last 5 hours at Freedom Honda and decided to try Front Range to see if they were offering anything better. They said they would give me a $600 Karr alarm system completely free if I bought the car. 
Being that I had a car very recently broken into, this was appealing to me. 
Well, accepting that was a terrible decision. The alarm malfunctioned multiple times causing me to drop everything and run out of my house/store/work thinking someone was trying to get into my car. I visited the dealership 3 times within a couple weeks only for them to tell me "everything looks fine". Within days my car stopped locking with the key fob. I called the service center and told them I was bringing the car back and leaving it there. They responded with "we can try one more time to reset everything or we can just remove the alarm, they really aren't that great anyway". Wait, what!!! So you sold me something you knew was crap? But it gets better. I was told I'd get a refund for the cost of the alarm...I got $200. My contract states the alarm is $595. I assume they are charging that $395 for that 2 minute installation it takes to install the little unreliable chip in my car. Awesome. 
I have also called 3 times over 2 weeks and left messages with a question regarding my finance company, through Honda. Not once have I received a call back. 
I then called about possibly getting the scotch guard treatment for my seats, was told they would call me back with an estimate, it's been over a week with no call back!
This dealership is clearly only about money with no concern for their customers. I sincerely regret my purchase from Front Range Honda.

Excellent experience getting service done at this location. Drive-in, Drive-out, quick and friendly employees and they even wash your car after they are finished. I will definitely return when my vehicle requires service again.
