I had a really great service here when I went and test drove a new Nissan! There was a guy name Stephen and he helped me out and he was a really good salesman. He didn't pressure me but yet he was still kind and courteous. If I end up buying a Nissan I will definitely buy it here!

Steven Ortiz helped us this evening and he was so helpful. His service skills were impeccable. Although he was not our sales person (considering the person whom was helping us the night before was assisting others) I still felt that he helped the best way he could. He informed us of the rates they were offering and also asked where we were looking to be which made me a lot more comfortable to work with him. Sincerely a first time car buyer.

Well I went in today for my oil change. Everything seemed to be going good I got my car back fast but then when I got my car it's hard to pull out of the garage I noticed something was in my tire I stopped the car immediately and noticed a bolt and my driver's side rear tire. So I pulled back around and showed it to him then they said they will patch it while an hour later I got my car back and he said to go through the paperwork and noticed that they put the wrong oil on the paperwork my car uses 0w 20 and on the paperwork it stated that they put 5w 30 in my car I was informed when I got my car I cannot use anything but 0w 20. One back inside and they said that they did put the right oil in my car and they corrected it on the paperwork. Well I will be getting my oil tested to make sure that they did use the right oil. When I started to get on the highway I noticed that now my alignment is off it keeps pulling to the right I am very displeased with the service today due to the fact that I am paying almost $40,000 for my vehicle and if anything happens to it due to the negligence I am still stuck with paying for it I do not think that this is right

I've only experienced the services department, but it's always a pleasant visit. It's almost like going to a great medical clinic. I always see the same rep and they have my service history ready. They explain to me what's going on with my car and what is vital to fix soon and what can wait. The lounge is nice, always clean and snacks ready. The only thing I would suggest is having charging stations, kinda like how airports have at gates now. Somewhere to to plug in devices and USB ports closer to the seats. I'm here for at least 2hrs today and it would be nice to be able to charge my phone near me while I'm seated. BUT they do have the shuttle service, so u could always leave if I needed to. Overall, exceptional facility!
