I have been going to Acton Road Family Dentistry for about 10 years.
I recently went for my 6 month cleaning. My hygienist was Dawn.
My  teeth are very sensitive to the cold water spray and Dawn was very 
understanding and allowed time for the water to warm up in my mouth
before I had to "swish" the water around. She was very thorough when she cleaned my teeth.
 As a child my dentist was not gentle and was "mean". To me Dr. Graham is the epitome of what a dentist should be. He is caring, honest and very professional. I highly recommend this Dentistry.

If I could give a zero I would. Acton Road Dentistry started out fine. We have been faithful patients for 7 years. My teenager began coming right before she received braces. Dr. Li and hygienist Ginger were wonderful. Ginger would explain everything and review my daughter's treatment plan after each visit. Ginger left and we thought everything would be the same. My daughter gets a new hygienist. At this time my daughter is out of her braces and has an upper and lower permanent retainer  (as she did for a year that Ginger was our hygienist ). The new hygienist breaks the retainer during her first clean with my daughter. My daughter reports that she felt it pop. The hygienist told her that everything was ok. The Dentist verified.  But they never told the parents. My daughter being a teenager just said ok and didn't say anything. Next visit, no mention of broken retainer. Another visit still no mention of broken retainer.  A year and half pass, now time for Senior pictures. My teenager has a front gap. I asked her why do you have a gap. She says the hygienist broke my retainer some time ago but they told me everything was fine. I discussed with the office manager and another dentist. They said that could not have happened.  Our story lined up to everything. She had a visit prior to the alleged cleaning with xray. Retainer was intact. She had the visit that broke the retainer. Next visit xray revealed broken retainer. The dentist nor hygienist mentioned it. Next 6 month cleaning... nothing. Next visit she even gets a cavity filled. Still no mention of broken retainer. My daughter has to get braces. Connie Marks with Acton Road Dental Clinic has been the rudist executive I have ever met. They are refusing to compensate us for even just the $516 for the retainer. I compromised some because I was angry at my daughter for not being more vigilant. They only offered me $62. Connie Marks is refusing to answer my emails though her secured account says she has read them. She is not returning my calls. I now have to resort to filing a claim in small claims court. Now I want them to pay for the braces. This has been the worse experience ever. So Acton Road is great if nothing ever goes wrong. But beware if you have a complaint that they do not agree with.

Dr. Li is the best! ... and his staff is awesome...  I love everyone especially Shellie!  They have helped me through broken teeth, whitening service, bridges... you name it... they have fixed it and with kindness and thoughtfulness for how I feel.

AFD is top notch... Five Stars.

I had not been to the dentist for 7 years before I went in for a cleaning and exam, so needless to say I was a little apprehensive. I could not have asked for a better dental experience. Everyone on the staff was very friendly, professional, and considerate. The work was quick and thorough, and I felt comfortable the entire time. I would recommend them to anyone

Doctor Li and his staff came though for me today.  I had been on vacation and was having problems with one of my teeth.  It would be painful and then disappear.  This week after getting home my tooth starting hurting again.  I immediately call the office and Skyler was able to get me an appointment  at  10:00 am on Friday.  I arrived at the office at 8:45 am hoping that Dr Li would be able to see me earlier.  Thank goodness he was able to work me in.  The staff are very professional and friendly.  I would recommend Acton Road Dentistry to all my friends
