The office was modern, efficient, and cozy. All of the staff were very friendly, approachable, professional and took the time to explain what they were doing. The dentist herself was also very thorough but quick and personable. They took me in on very short notice for a non-emergency and I was very grateful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quick, pain-free dental experience.

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Northcutt Dental. I have been avoiding a dentist appointment for a long time due a to phobia. The staff made me feel so comfortable & were very thorough when explaining what steps I needed to take to obtain the smile I've longed for. Rachel & Debby were fantastic! Both receptionists & the financial counselor at the end of the visit & the Doctor were more than awesome!! I will be referring others to this practice.

I walked in this morning for the first time, and was a bit taken aback. I was the only person in the waiting room. I didn't exactly take that as a good sign. Being a new patient, I was asked by friendly Melissa and Natalie to fill out my paperwork....That took all of 3 mins. After that I may have waited another 3 minutes before I was called back by sweet Maritza.... I felt like a dead woman walking....... I dislike ( to put it very mildly,) the dentist, even more since I thought that I was the only one in the office. Ha! As soon as I walked back, it was full of bright lights and friendly faces, every office had a patient in it, and all was smiles and hustle and bustle. Long story short, Dr.. Louisa Stone did what she needed to do after Melissa took my x-rays and I wasn't there long at all. Even though it was packed, I truly didn't wait more than 5-6 mins to be taken care of.......From the wonderfully stocked reception area (hate unstocked and unkempt waiting rooms,) to the front desk, to the clean office and kind ladies, I actually wasn't horrified and terrified as I am usually. Granted, I was still antsy and skeptical because I truly am not exaggerating when I say that I have odontophobia, but they made me feel confident that I was in good hands. My departure was as easy and painless as my entrance, and I'm thankful for everyone's kindness. I've been to two other dentists in our area......one simply couldn't have had a worse bedside manner, and the other one was excellent, but a bit pricier it seems than N.D.... I was referred by a friend of a friend, so I decided to give them a try. I don't regret it. I have another appt in a month or so......I hope it's just as good or even better. Thank you kind gals!!

I'm a relatively new patient of Dr. Ward's, and I can't say enough good things about her or the staff at Northcutt Dental. After living most of my adult life without going to the dentist due to multiple bad experiences throughout my childhood, I finally had to go when an abcess became intolerable. I'm EXTREMELY phobic, to the point that I have to psych myself into just sitting in the chair. I've had multiple teeth extracted, and just today (3/16/2017) had to have a root canal and a temporary crown. I've never consistently been to the dentist the way I've returned to Northcutt. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. Dr. Ward does a beautiful job of walking that line between caring/gentle and incredibly professional. Wait times are basically zero, and they don't over-book patients. The staff takes the time they need with the patients who are on hand. (I was in the chair for four hours today). I'm incredibly impressed and actually don't dread walking into the office. I can't recommend them highly enough. The receptionist greets me by name when I come in, and the assistants--from April to Rachel to Josh (and I'm leaving some out because I can't think of their names)--are ALL friendly and set you at ease before Dr. Ward ever sets foot in the room. You can tell that the staff values their patients. They provide a wonderful level of client care.

Great experience, staff was great and they want to help you. They tell you the good and the bad and always have ways to make the experience better. Number 1 on my list and I will continue to go back.
