My First time with Alamo, but not the last!
I am living in Eagle county, and tent very often car for my trips, business as travel.  
the folks over the phone and counter doing great job, friendly, and professional.
I called day before to ask for an American car, and when I came to pickup, I got great car as I asking.
clean, full with gas, and ready to go.
The price was like most the other companies, but the service away better.

I actually rented with National. I had a wonderful experience. I would recommend to anyone. We had to have our own car repaired, so I called the counter and rented a car at peak season and got a great rate for a last minute 4 day rental. Service people were very helpful and pleasant. Will rent from them again in the future. Great Job!

We reserved a car on line for a one way rental from Eagle to Denver as it is more cost effective than using the shuttle for more than one person.  We actually recieved an free upgrade to an SUV. The fellow at the counter was courteous and efficient.  We would rent from Alamo again.

I've never seen a company that doesn't answer there phone , one time I called 23 times in a day and all went to voicemail. I don't know how they can run a business by doing this to people that need to rent cars.  Once again today I've been trying straight to voicemail something really needs to be done before they lose customers for there horrible customer service!! Or lack of I should say!!!
