Its was a great experience renting a vehicle there. We were stuck in Colorado for 5 days and it was smooth making reservations and picking up the vehicle. Pat and Erika were really friendly and informative. Tha k you.

The service was great. They don't have much selection in cars since they are a small operation. However, what they had was clean and serviceable.

Tiniest Hertz ever. The gym are good but they are not there all day. If they say stop by at 5. They do not mean stop by at 4 because no one will be there. Attached to Greyhound bus station.

We booked a full size SUV and paid in full two months ago. We arrived at our scheduled time this morning to pick up the vehicle and they did not have a full size SUV on the lot, nor did they know when one would be returned. Ericka, at the office, did her best to try to resolve the situation with no luck and we received a mid-size SUV. She was put in a bad position by her branch manager, Daniel Doran, who said he would be at the office tomorrow and resolve it when we returned. Do not waste your money renting from Hertz.
