It would have been a 5 star experience, we liked the car and all but the sales associate, Juan, was completely rude and off putting. Lack of customer service makes a difference and we will take our business elsewhere next time.

Excellent rental experience for my wife traveling to a family wedding. Service was tops and the car was clean and got amazing mpg!!

If only all car rental places could be as good as the Hertz Car rental at the Eagle County Regional Airport. What separates this rental agency from all others is the Hertz representative who was on duty the evening of Nov 1. She made the entire transaction so easy and id it very efficiently. and provided us with her phone number in case we experienced difficulty!
