First time renter, first experience was great though I was a little surprised they didn’t wash the exterior. Perhaps it was because I rented in Colorado? Wanted to brag about my cool ride but opted not to take photos as the car was dirty. Also made a second reservation but they called to tell me it was cancelled as they didn’t have enough vehicles. That caused some not so fun stress as I was on a time constraint and needed to quickly find a new alternative to make it to the airport for my flight. I’ve heard a lot of great things about enterprise and would probably try again, just hoping for a different experience next time.

The best service I’ve had in years. So easy to access.  I rent cars all over the world and the service at this location has been the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you  Avon Enterprise!

I was not happy with how Chandler talked to me on the phone about a cleaning fee, he was not understanding at all and made accusations that weren't true and tried to say I was admitting everything with him. Not professional at all. I was very happy however when I got to speak to Rachel. She kindly explained why I was getting a cleaning fee, and simply told me that it wasn't my fault and they weren't trying to accuse me of anything. That's all I wanted. Nice customer service. Not a voicemail saying "we are charging you $115" without even getting a verbal confirmation or anything. Thanks Rachel.

The staff here is very friendly and were able to help solve our problem even though we weren't renting from their branch specifically. Rachel in particular was great and made sure we were taken care of.

The NICEST most helpful business i have ever dealt with! The auto shop has been nothing but jerks to me and this avon enterprise has been helping me out and making this whole fiasco more tolerable!
