I have been training there for 2 1/2 years and It's the best gym because the owner and staff and personal trainers have a lot of knowledge and experience the gym has everything for Power lifting bodybuilding and upstairs for classes,plus it's a gym were they have competitions so whether you are a beginner or pro it works plus the best supplements and they can tell you what you need and know what you need and don't over sell you and the best prices
