If you are looking for good customer service, don't go here. Today is one week after knee surgery and I have heard from this doctor's office. Not one phone call to see how I am recovering or to make a post surgical appointment. I was given a care sheet from the surgery center to remove bandages after 24 hours and asked to take a survey.

I think when I describe Dr. Albert (Pat) Henry's care, I would say, focused, calm and very efficient! Dr. Henry has been my doctor for 16 years and has treated my ortho problems from as little as a broken right pinky finger to a broken right humerus of the shoulder. His follow up care, his office staff and his ability to take a call for the smallest concern sets him apart from other ortho offices. I would highly recommend Dr. Henry if you have an orthopedic concern or problem. He is the best! Sincerely, LVH
