I wish i could give zero star, the staff beyond rude. appt was 12.15 i went to the wrong address which is the address they have online. But still arrived at their new location before 12:15pm. this thing said you needed to be here 30min prior to your appointment. Mind you these only 1patient in the waiting area the 10min she took to go back there to ask whomever if i was going to be seen or not i could of be filling out the forms. she said it take 30minutes to fill out the new patient package. I ask her where you going to call me exactly at 1215 no answer. Dr.Pierre you are a coward with no backbone, everything happen for a reason. i'm glad i did not have to see your face this just confirm to me , that i did made the right choice when i left you back in 2013.

Wow I love this place, it's phenomenal! The staff is awesome, and no one rushes you with your questions. Plus I always get a hug from her and a nice smile that always relaxes me. The waiting area is awesome, the fish aquarium is relaxing! I must give a thumbs up!!

Dr. Pierre has a caring but businesslike personality. I love her style and her attention to detail. Very talented doctor.

Saw one time, my referring physician told her what was wrong and authorized her to perform any further diagnostics she wanted but she wanted to wait on records for a follow-up appointment. 2 months later I called her while I was having a medical emergency and needed to see a doctor in office and was told to go to the ER for something that should have been taken care of by a competent doctor in office. Also called to check the records department at the hospital and was told nobody had requested my record since 2014 THEN called her called her office and they said she had already obtained those records but was waiting on "other records" Asked 3 different ways and explained the call was being recorded and each time they told me they had those medical records. Liars! FIRED this doctor on the spot!!

I was referred to Dr. Pierre's office twice by my General Practitioner and, two months later, I still have yet to hear back from this office. I have called three times in the past months, but they have told me that Dr. Pierre will get back to me when she is ready to schedule me. Apparently she is not ready to see me. One star for this office......
