I had to contact the regional office to report racist comments and the apathetic response by a couple of the employees at this location. Fortunately, the upper level management were competent of the legalities and helped to carefully investigate this matter. The store is slowly improving it's customer service. Sidebar: The pharmacy personnel are superb!

If you're going to tow cars for overnight parking you need to handle it differently. First of all, the only signage about parking I could find was about RVs. Second, when you Google search "overnight parking at Walmart", it seems to be allowed. Third, the tow company you use (Klaus' Towing) has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau??? Fourth, we counted literally 12 cars before we parked who were obviously sleeping in their cars, most had been parked there for days. Fifth, on this day I arrived at 6am, and received a warning sticker by 8am on my window that WILL NOT COME OFF. How is that overnight parking?? Did you just assume I had been there? Sixth, by 11am, no other car had a ticket and none of the other cars had moved (there were more actually.) I completely understand now why this area can't allow overnight parking. There is too many people and they don't clean after themselves. But either enforce this 100% or 0% because some people may feel discriminated against and it's not fair. I also had to buy cleaning supplies just to get the giant yellow sticker and glue off my window (which no one else had)

I have just gotten home from shopping at Walmart on Powers and Palmer Park. It's about 12:45 AM. All the associates I had interaction with were cordial, taking a minute to actually speak to me. When I went to check out, there was only 2 lanes open, both with three or more customers waiting. Within 5 minutes the staff opened up another lane, making the customers more calm and patient. The cashiers were all working to get customers though the lines and all had a great attitude. Tonight I had a great experience at Wally's!!

One of the best Walmarts in town if you ask me. Staff is nice and helpful and there aren't too many people crowding up the place. Since last year's remodel, the isles did get smaller but with that came better selection of goods. I never have to wait too long in line either. This store should consider expanding their building. It sometimes feels like there is stuff everywhere even in the main pathways. None the less, I will continue to use THIS Walmart when I need to.

Very clean and properly staffed. This Wal-Mart was not bad. It wasn't crowded and the drama associated with a trip to this store wasn't present. I prefer going to this location.
