this store did a big turn around since last year. I've been shopping here since store opened. Last year the store look like it was falling apart. I can honestly say it's done a complete turn around. the store looks great and more organized. I would like to say thank you to the manager for getting this store back to looking great.

Really great prices. They have very few name brand product and mainly store brand product. The store brand product is good quality. Carts require a quater to unlock you get the quater back when you return the cart. The inside of this store can be pretty chilly so bring a light jacket even in the summer.

The store has very good prices and the staff are helpful and friendly. It does not have as much variety in products as i would prefer but again, the prices of the products they do have are very good.

I just love you guys! Seriously you came into my neighborhood and stole my bargain shopping heart. Get out the way save-a-lot this is how it's done clean and classy. Associates are always polite, friendly, and helpful. You just need more tri- city locations Colonial Heights and Chesterfield just aren't enough. Petersburg and Hopewell could certainly benefit from such a wonderful store. As it stands Save A Lot is pretty much all there is in Hopewell the Food Lion is not exactly easy for the residents who don't drive in Hopewell to reach.

Store is well stocked and maintained. We do most of our grocery shopping here. Great selection of dinner wines.
