I have been shopping at best buy now for at least 8 years and never had any problems with customer service. They all seems to love their job and treat you with respect. They are very knowledgeable and always knowing the best solution to your problem. This store is by far the best place to shop for your electronic needs.

It's one of the best electronic stores around. Most products have working, live displays you can test. Brightly lit and lots of staff. One suggestion: catch items on sale for a decent price. If you do that it's comparable to Amazon.

Not a bad selection of electronics. This worked out for me once, but I asked for a price match on an item I found cheaper online. You can shop online best buy for items that aren't in store and have delivered at your house or pick up at the store. Have a look and happy shopping.

Had to buy a new laptop. The cat with the dark hair was very helpful. I spent more than I anticipated but am happy with purchase. Great service!

Great customer service. Staff was very knowledgeable on the product I was looking for. These days and times it's hard to find that quality of service at any retail store.
