The three customers they were tending to had great service. Went through the entire phone with the customer and every feature and how to use it (that's what the user guides for). The five customers that walked out because of the overly extensive explanation of the phones features is what kills this place. I waited 1 1/2 hours this morning and I decided it was smarter to make an appointment. Guess who's still waiting for the same reasons...even with an appointment. Two at&t reps with one customer.   Thankfully I only have to make this last visit and never come back to this store.

Helpful and friendly. Place gets very full and wait can be long if more than 2 people waiting around.  Dont expect to get anything done quickly. Takes a while to make changes to account, set up new equipment, etc. But if you need assistance to get it all done, best to go in, otherwise order online and set up yourself.

Made appointment and was greeted 5 minutes ahead of schedule.   Had multiple issues,  all of which were handled by Chris swiftly and professionally.   THIS kind of customer service keeps me with AT&T.

Very bad service the all way over changing you my bills sepose to 65 Dallas every month but I pay over 100 to 200 every month? I pay cash for my phone off from ? and still be over

Absolutely horrible place, Only one employee making a good effort, Three useless clowns hiding in the back for an hour,  a dozen people waiting and not one of the guys in the back have said a word, they come out and meander around and leave, Piss poor customer service. Avoid this place at all cost.
