I walked into Aldo show store with my son, we were looking snow boots. A African American female and a African American male looked right at us and continued on with there conversation.Henderson was very nice and helped us...I really was trying to be nice but as I turned my head to see if they moved to help any custo.3rd they didn't.they stood there talking and the female had moved to behind the counter..Henderson was professional and I liked the fact that even though we was looking for boots for my son he was giving me boots to look at , Nice boots I might add...Thank You Henderson I appreciate your help.

Aldo is horrible I ordered boots in store online. I receive a package a about 4 days later. It is empty and has a packing slip for a lady in NC. So my boots are missing, I called waited on hold  20 minutes to have a associate tell me I can pick them up in New York. First it's 20 degrees outside now you're telling I have to pay  $15 for toll and pay for parking. I wanted to do all of that I could of done this from the jump. Then they offer me a promo code for a future discount. Who said I'll be buying shoes from aldo again. Then I asked to speak to a manger yesterday and today miraculously there are no managers available two days in a row. They were very nonchalant about their own error.  Horrible customer service I will never ever buy shoes from them again.

Worst customer service ever. I bought two pairs of shoes and when I was paying for them at the register I asked if they can give me a fresh piece instead of the one on display because of some wear and tear on the shoe. Associate Krissanah was very rude to me and very unprofessional and made me feel Like I asked for something totally unacceptable!!! I am using Aldo brand for so many years but I will never go back to Willobrook store again..!

I wish I could give ZERO stars! Worst customer service ever. Their store manager Shante Lawrence is so rude, has a terrible attitude, and even rolled her eyes when I asked her a question. I've e-mailed customer service and was told I would get a call from their regional manager within 24-48 hrs, its been a week and nothing. Very disappointing.
