Very poor customer service I bought something in this store and got a discount because I applied for the credit card i went to exchange it for the same shirt just different size and i had to pay a difference why should I PAY A difference if it is the same shirt i work in retail and my number one thing in my store is customer service forever 21 does not know what is that .

This store always seems busy and expect a long line to check out and to try on items is even longer. 
This had to be one of the messiest stores I've ever been in though. You should be prepared to kick things out of your way because even if you're like me and pick things up you'll go crazy if you try to pick them all up here!
The selection seems to be nice there and the women on my life always find something nice so we always stop in.

Very poor customer service! Attempted to return an item with a receipt that was only a few days past 30 days. I was told "probably not", confused by this vague answer I asked to speak to a manager. The manager tells me flat out no with no explanation. I understand policy is policy but I am a loyal customer. I don't see any reason why it couldn't be accepted a few days after. Very disappointed with this location and the teens that the have running it.

Who knew XXI would have a stylist!!! Find Anna. She's blonde with a bun. She is sweet, fun, and extremely amazing! Corporate XXI ...who ever hired her picked a winner. She loves her job, loves Forever XXI and it shows. She's passionate about the clothes, and extremely sincere. I left with 5 fun items, for a trip to Nashville. Quality, good price, and you know I'll be thinking of Anna! Thanks, Anna!
