**10 STARS IF I COULD**

My first visit here. What an awesome business. This is exactly the way a customer based business should run. 
Very hard to find anyone that will work on Motorhomes (internal/chassis) in Marin/ North Bay. But these guys nailed it for me. Mike runs things professionally. He worked directly with my extended warranty provider, and did everything I asked to be done. The tech's are first rate and know their stuff. Not my first rodeo with (fifth coach) Motorhomes and service and sometimes the outcome is frustration and anger and the big bucks spent. 
Will not happen here. Will be back and recommended to any that listen!
They do get it right the first time!

Mike was very thorough in explaining to me what they do and approximately how much it would cost.  Something that I truly appreciated as a woman was that I wasn't "talked down" to and wasn't pressured into replacing things that could go for a while.  Mike told me what shape some of my parts were in and how much it would cost for me to replace them.  Then he left the decision up to me.
