I've been going here for a couple of years now.  I'm not a regular but I've never had any major issues.  I've been less than thrilled with some of my services but generally its just the shaping of the nails or the lackluster leg massages.  If I'm unhappy I always make sure to get the persons name and mention that I would prefer another tech when I walk-in.  There's never been any backlash about that.

There are a few really great techs here, you just have to find them & stick with them.  Shout out here to Stephanie & Christina.

I agree with previous reviews that the personality of some of the staff leaves a little to be desired, but overall everyone has been nice & professional.

Been going to Venetian Boynton Beach since they opened their doors years ago.  The only reason I continued going was for a few specific nail techs I've been with for years.  Today I walked in for a 10:30 appointment I made during my last visit.  Kim the manager must not have put it in the computer and my appointment was given to someone else so I waited for my tech to finish.  When the manager Kim walked in at 11am I asked her what happened with my appointment and didn't she remember making it just two weeks ago?  Mind you I'm a standing appointment every other week for years.  She proceeded to tell me no one forces me to go there.  I was shocked and appalled and when I said calm down, I'm a good client who you've known for years and said the normal thing would be to apologize to a customer and offer a solution and not to attack them.  Well she just acted  all affronted so I walked out never to go back again.  I've also had a few rude encounters with her husband Don throughout the years but continued going back due to my techs who I love but no more.  So I googled best nail salon in Boynton and was welcomed like a queen at Luminous Nails on Boynton Beach Blvd and received the best service ever...its true one door closes and another opens.  Spare yourself the rude treatment by these managers and don't bother going there.  They don't appreciate their customers at all.

I am always treated so wonderful here.  I've had techs stay late to accommidate,me.  The,prices are fair the service is great.

Got nails done one afternoon,  not crazy busy just normal traffic flow it looked like. Wait time wasn't bad, but upon leaving i noticed bubbles on my nails and was told it was normal so i ignored it. Upon paying i was tricked paying a higher price but it was too late to do anything so i let it be and left. Not even 48 hours after my nails were done they chipped and look as though i had been wearing the polish on my hands for 2 weeks. Ive had pink and white done many times before and never have i had the polish chip so quickly. Not only that but my cuticles were not cut properly and i had to go behind and redo them. Staff was very rude and pointed out that their tip wasn't high enough($8) and wanted more for the services they provided. Lets just say I will not be returning

Nice clean place, nice people and they do a great job. I have been to this location several times and have always left happy. I normally don’t make an appointment and they always seem to be able to still fit me in even if they are busy. I have gone with my girlfriends and we have all been happy with the outcome. I would defiantly recommend them.
