It is the first time I got service from this company, and it must be the last time! I called several times and the operator told me that someone was gonna contact with me soon, but it never happened. They told me they were gonna repair it this morning, and I had been waiting for the whole morning. Nobody came. I called again, and the operator told me that they couldn't do it this time because they hadn't got all necessary parts. The key point is that nobody contacted with me and told me the latest situation. It is totally wasting my time. You need to think carefully about it if you want to ask service from this company. How can they do it well without responsibility?

We were referred to Alexander's from the company where we purchased our gas log set. We had no prior experience with them. When we ran into a problem, Ken Alexander was so helpful that we couldn't believe it - he treated us like family! He had a thorough knowledge of the situation, fixed it with no problems, took the time to explain everything to us & even came back a few days later (with a smile on his face!) when we couldn't figure out something. We will continue to call upon them in the future, and we can't recommend Alexander's Plumbing more emphatically!!

I recommend Alexander Plumbing, Heating & AC to everyone I know. I use them for both business and personal purposes and they've been great.

Their prices are fair and completely worth it! The work done by them always meets my expectations and we will definitely continue to use them for years to come.
