First of all I love Alexis Bittar jewelry! It is just so special and distinctive. I have a lucite bracelet with beautiful crystals. One of the crystals came out and was lost. I brought it in to the store and they repaired it perfectly at no cost to me. The girl in the store, I wish I remembered her name, was so pleasant and helpful.

Love this store! They were so incredibly helpful and kind. Even after being closed at 6 they let my boyfriend come in at 6:25 to buy some jewelry I had looked at earlier that night! Best customer service!
