I tried calling these people for a simple strap. I had the reference number in hand and gave it to what seems like a new employee that didn't understand how to find the strap I'm looking for using the reference number. It started getting very frustrating trying to speak to this young lady because I could tell she didn't really know much about the watch we are talking about. I then asked how will you find the strap I'm wanting without knowing how to look up the reference number to where she responds with "we have a little ruler we use" lol. At this point it was getting out of hand and out of nowhere it seems like a 3rd person was listening in on the conversation and she jumped into the conversation being very rude and essentially hanging up on me. Guess I'll wear my 37,600$ watch without a strap.

The  worst experience of my life !!! DONT GO TO THIS STORE EVER it’s a long story but let’s just say if your not  White you won’t get treated  right !
