Went in to buy a bed, left very disappointed w the customer service Joaquin provided. Was asking him genuine questions and he responded "you gon buy a bed or what stop wasting my time." I then proceeded to ask a question about a certain bed and he told me in these exact words "these beds have a weight limit, fat ass."

The store was clean and refreshing. The customer service attendant was attentive and friendly even though it was busy and there was a wait.

Men's shoe department. Men's dress shoes, they don't stock any wide widths in Florsheim or any brands. Sue was very nice though.
