Busy busy busy! Expect a wait to be seated most evenings. It's the best place in town to eat and the service is as good as it could be without over staffing and ha ing folks trip over each other.

I didn't know what to expect, walking in for the first time.  I'm glad I tried it, because Alfredo's is a pleasant surprise.  If you want some authentic Tex-Mex in Pecos, Texas, this place is worth a try.  I had the enchiladas, which were good.  However, the refried beans and rice were beyond excellent!  I look forward to trying out other menu items.

There only a few good places in Pecos to eat.  Alfredo 's is one of them . My husband likes their steaks, always cooked just right. I like their quesdillas.

I hate it when they say authentic Mexican restaurant when it clearly isn't authentic store bought taco shells fake tortillas but whatever makes a quick buck right take pride in whatever you do wether its restaurant business or moping floors its called orgullo in Spanish but these restaurant owners must be white or have white cooks even rice tasted like it was out of a can or something you be the judge.  And this doesn't apply to other races just Mexicans unless you were raised in a Mexican family that knows how to cook its just not Mexican food blah
