Food was good but i got a jalapeno burger so expected it to be some what spicy and nope felt like i was eating plain burger

I have been to many sonics all over and this was by far the WORST one. The intercom sucked but as employees that's out of their control but part of my order was chili cheese fries and a vanilla milkshake. The milkshake was disgusting! Didn't even taste like vanilla, just tasted bland! The fries I kid you not had maybe** 2 teaspoons of chili... it was a large. Like cmon. Very skimpy on the fries as well. We told the girl to have her manager come outside because I was already ticked off that the car hop couldn't count change back as she shorted me on an easy calculation. Anyways the manager came out and was so rude! She talked super fast and had an attitude saying that was how they make the fries and they could remake them but they would just be the same. I mean what great customer service?! She remade them and put more chili and still was rude bringing them out didn't apologize or anything. So apparently the other 30+ sonics I've been to didn't get the memo about how to make chili cheese fries correctly. 🙄 Won't be back.

The car hops (or whatever they're called) are polite, but the cooks/order takers tend to mess up on orders (not sure if it's due to loud noise or just the Mic on the menus), they skimp out on certain things (like when you order large tater tots/fries/etc) you'll get an amount equal to a regular, but in a bigger box lol, and sometimes they're really trying save a few cents, or someone cant count all that well, but I always get shorted one wing when I order the boneless wings (even if I just get a 6 count order) lol. Aside from all that nit picking, I've never had to set there longer than 5 minutes to get food, even around 5pm. So. Kudos for that!

Food very good but the service is pretty slow. 4 stars for friendly service and good food.

Sonic is Sonic, crowded lot limited space between no free space. Expensive for the same nostalgia. I worked at a Sonic in the 90's with just 3 people & handled lunch rush hour. Better days in everyday!
