NO CONCEPT OF FIRST IN FIRST OUT. Most unprofessional business I’ve ever been to, EVER. It’s ran by teenagers. Placed order over the phone at 6:30pm. Was told ready in 45 minutes. Got there at 7 and walked out at 8. Worst system ever. I get in and outta Wal-Mart faster. If you’re looking for great food and quick service, the Dairy Mart is better in every way and would put the Sonic that’s down the street outta business that’s down the street, if it were in any other town. Even when it’s packed I’m outta there in 15-20 minutes, TOPS!! And $27 for 12 wings and a medium pizza on top of that....RIP OFF!! STAY AWAY. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO EAT.

The time was awful. I was on hold four different times total of one hour 40 minutes. they never came back after I was told to hold. So as much as I love pizza hut, this one on Pecos is poor, but what choice do I have they are the only one in town. SMH....

This place is totally racist against white people. We went in and we're asked if we were dining in we said yes and we're told to seat ourselves which is not an issue. We then wait for over 20 minutes without once being approached by the wait staff. We then watch as they seat all these other people and give them a menu and take their drink orders right away. We then realized that we were obviously the wrong color of skin as everyone who was waited on was not white. Needless to say we got up and walked out. Pecos Tx and the businesses within it are extremely racist.

I tried 5, yes 5 times to place a phone order. I was put on hold then hung up on each time after lengthy waits. I understand the whole town is busy, but if you are not going to actually process a call, then tell the caller that fact. I lost a cumulative 40 minutes of my life I'll never get back.....

Tried placing an order after 13 hrs in the sun. I’m hard of hearing so the first time being put on hold was ok to understand the deals. But when I asked for the one was for online only. I did not know. Got put back on hold. Called again got through half the order before being placed on hold. When I called back ask for the manager they said “sorry wrong number.” Hang up. Called back and ask “are you the manager?” Lady on the phone got attitude placed me on hold and then when I get off of hold they hang up on me. If it wasn’t for the only place in Pecos I wouldn’t come here. Almost bout to tell my entire work krew not to come anymore.
