I'm truly happy I choose Alhambra Nissan👍! They are helpful and try their best to get you into the car you want. They provide excellent customer services. ALL the staff greets you and introduce themselves to you😁. You feel important and acknowledge by them. The best part that I loved about the dearler was that when I walked in and told them I wanted to get into the 370Z not once did they tell us "TO MUCH car for you" or "to powerful", I walked out with my 370Z. Other dealer that I went to told us several times to much car! I should have just went to ALHAMBRA NISSAN since the beginning❤️ Thank you for all your help and for been kind! I enjoyed my time at your dealer! I will definitely refer them to friends and family😊

I had an appointment for service and it took 5 hours for the work to be done. On top of that, it wasn't done properly. I had informed them of an issue I was having with the left rear blinker and they "couldn't find the problem" all they had to do was signal to turn left in order to see the issues, but I guess that was too difficult to figure out. So I had to show them the issue, which means now I'm waiting another 30 minutes. I left the place then I noticed that they had left a gap where my finger would fit when they opened the cover for the light to check the issue, so I had to drive back for them to fix it. I pretty much spent my whole Saturday dealing with this appointment. While in the dealer I emailed the person in charge of the registration process, I haven't received mine and it's been over 3 months that I did the deal. This email is already more than 3 weeks old and I have had no response whatsoever. I have called before and I get nowhere. I would've spoken to someone, but surprise surprise, they don't work on weekends. So that issue didn't get resolved either. To make things worse, I read the report of the inspection when I got home, and there were issues that needed attention, but they were not explained to me. Instead they wrote on the paperwork that I declined to get the issue looked at, without ever consulting me. So clearly these people don't care about the safety of others and about their work ethic. But they push sales and even those don't work, because I paid for an alignment and my car feels worse than when I first took it in for service. All in all a horrible experience. But I have prepaid services so I have to keep dealing with them until those are used up. The only possible light at the end of the tunnel is that I might have a possible lemon on my hands. They have checked past issues with my radio, which obviously they didn't find. So I took it a second time and complained, and they changed the radio unit. Leaving the new one semi-loose so it rattles now. But The same intermittent issue keeps happening and now I have two videos one week apart of each other showing that the radio is still an issue. So maybe, just maybe I might be able to do something about this. Just try your best to stay away from this place. I truly believe that they're not honest. Since they didn't get me on the deal, they turned around and sold the contract to Wells Fargo. So they're not even honest about that part of the process since I was to deal with Nissan directly. It's no wonder this place changes management so much. I hope my experience is an isolated one, if it is not, I hope that other people are doing their best to fix whatever issues they might have. Most of all, I hope this helps other people avoid getting in a relationship with this dealer to begin with.

Very pleased with the service. All the staff was on point. Came in for an Infiniti came out with a Nissan Titan. They were very respectful and professional. Very pleased with pricing with a trade in but that was not an issue for them. I can truly say they are honest, reasonable and I will refer them to friends and family. Thank you Alhambra Nissan

I went there to get some parts. When I left, somebody had parked behind me, and the only way to leave was to pull forward through the service area. There was a staff meeting in the middle of the floor that was blocking my exit. Those people didn't want to move out of my way so I could get out! UNACCEPTABLE!! They actually told me to wait there while 20 people took turns talking and I waited 5 minutes for them to finish. Seriously? You couldn't walk 3 feet to the side so one of your customers wouldn't be inconvenienced?? You couldn't hold your precious staff meeting out of the way? When you saw your customer waiting for you all to move, you chose to ignore me and continue talking and joking amongst yourselves? This is a perfect example that THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!! I will never go there again! All my Toyotas are more reliable anyway! I would rate them zero stars if I could!!

Called ahead to schedule a test drive, set up a time. Spoke to them an hour before, everything was good. Paid for an Uber and spent half an hour traveling, arrived, was told the salesperson I spoke to wasn't in that day, and the car I wanted to drive wasn't driveable. No apology, just them acting like this was totally normal. This place apparently doesn't give a s&*t about customers.
