PLEASE AVOID!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! CARS ARE DIRTY and HAVE VOMIT which they won't clean! Sales staff are amazing and friendly. However... they cut a lot of corners Sales techniques: No dealer is perfect and we have to keep in mind that they need to make money to stay in business. However, there are certain ethical businesses practices that this dealership does not follow. Bait and Switch: They will tell you they have the car you are looking for and when you get there it is not there. Car Cleanliness: They will sell you vehicles that look amazing on the outside but are disgusting on the inside. Check for syrup, vomit and/or any other other substance that can be overlooked at first glance. They do not professionally clean or detail used vehicles. Instead, they will force the poor salesperson to get a rag and do a mediocre cleaning job just to save 5-$10. Customer Service: Will say they will do something and NOT follow through on what they said. Advice: make sure you get everything in writing! After, I told the salesperson that I would take the car under the condition that they properly clean and detail the vehicle first, I received a cheap car wash and that was it. My vehicle had disgusting syrup stains in places that were not within plain view. I later went back and all they did was take a rag and clean some, but not all of them despite the promise that I would be getting a NEW CAR Experience. Conclusion: Go to Mitsubishi Auto Gallery. I bought my first car there and they really followed through on what they said and helped me finance my vehicle at a competitive rate. Come to think of it, the only reason I bought my Toyota Corolla from this dealership even though the price was $500 cheaper at Mitsubishi, is because I really wanted to give the sale to Ana Santos since she was an amazing salesperson that was attentive to all my needs. Management however, needs to shape up and stop cutting corners. All they do is damage relationships

My gosh the staff try to greet you friendly but, you can just see that its just that, "trying". The shuttle service is so slow might as well take the bus! If you want ro know status of your car you better call them yourself beacuse they take awhile to get back to you.

As a customer and a person with common sense I have all important info I may need related to my car, but the majority of customers ive been around while I bring my car are clueless as to why they are there. Love the service because im prepared to get in and get out unless its busy but mostly Ive gotten my car repaired quickly.

So unorganized! My experience with the service department was a nightmare. I called before my appointment to ask if they had the report. I was told by Gabbie that I needed to provide the VIN number. I was kinda in shock because when I made the appointment and clearly stated I needed to replace a recalled part I was never asked for the VIN number. This definitely needs some improvement. So I provided the number I was told by Gabbie that the part will not come in for 2 weeks! Okay, again I was in shock because this was a recall on a potentially deadly part. I asked why I wasn't told this and the response was " well you didn't provide the VIN number when you made the appointment. Mmmmm how am I suppose to know to provide the VIN number when I am not asked for the VIN number? So I made another appointment and hung up. I then called back 5 minutes later spoke with someone else about the part, and he told me it was in stock that day. These service department clearly has a lack of communication and convey wrong information. So if you have to bring your car here beware if Gabbie tells you the part is not in. I get it, it's not your car with the faulty airbag I expect more from a Toyota dealership

2 years ago I went there to buy a tacoma that had posted online. I filled out all the paperwork to purchase the tacoma and then they told me that they had accidentally listed the price wrong and could no longer honor it. They then offered me the tacoma at a price a couple thousand dollars higher then what was listed online and I declined their offer. I shrugged it off because mistakes get made and it's not a big deal. Today I went in to buy a Prius. I made an offer that they accepted and again filled out all the paperwork to purchase the car. After completing the paperwork they told me that they misunderstood my offer and would not be able to honor it. However, they would let me buy the car at a price a $2,500 more than we had originally agreed upon. I declined and now think that this is just how they do business. Don't waste your time like I did.
