I purchased my beautiful VW here and ever since then, Ive been getting it serviced here as well. The service department here is on point. Paolo, Mike, Ashley, and Jay are super professional and always have a great attitude. They make you feel comfortable during the wait and the ammenities they provide for the customers are superb! Organic honey! Their customers are always their main priority and they get you in and out ASAP. They also offer Uber rides to your home if you dont feel like waiting on site and they also provide loaner vehicles if they need to keep your car for a couple days. Everytime I get my vehicle back, it is vacuumed and washed! The lead technician, Peter, always makes sure my vehicle is in tiptop shape. I can't thank these people enough! I always recommend this dealership and service department to everyone I know.

Excellent Service Dept. They got me in and out to repair a problem with my car. I thought I would have to leave it for several days for what I assumed to be a complicated issue. Thank you guys! I'll be back when my next service is due. - Jim

I always have good experience with VW Alhambra . Sale department and manager all nice and helpful. I bought 3 cars from VW Alhambra . Highly recommended. Also service department is helpful and good . Plus you can find so many part and accessories with fair price .
