It’s not typical to find personal trainers who are not only educated in the field but who truly provide personal attention that results in exercise sessions which suit your fitness level, your unique (mental as well as physical) strengths and weaknesses and in an overall improvement plan designed just for you.  But that is exactly what you get at Everyday Athletes – and even more: no judgment.  This is not a gym for showoffs.  It’s a place to become your best physical you, one dedicated step at a time.

The friendly atmosphere at Every Athletes  makes it very comfortable to work out. When I first started working out there I felt very clumsy with the equipment. Over time and with meticulous attention to my form, Brad L. my trainer has helped me build my strength to levels I never dreamt I could achieve! This place is great for beginners as well as seasoned veterans.

Great gym. The whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Disney is awesome. The personal training is very personalized so you know you're working on what's best for you, not just some cookie-cutter workout. They offer a variety of programs so there's something for everyone (personal training, crossfit, power lifting, metcon, etc.). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a personal trainer or gym.

Best gym ever. Staff welcomes every person that walks through their doors. They know how to motivate and encourage you. Best decision I made so far in 2017 was to join Everyday Athletes.
