All Care Animal Hospital is the only of its kind in the surrounding area. We have an experienced Vet Tech at the clinic 24 hours a day. Dr. Colleen McCain is the new owner. She graduated from Michigan State University in 2000. She has quite a lot of experience in the veterinary field and managing clinics.

When my family needed help trying to figure out what was wrong with my dog, all the techs and doctors were very helpful and caring. Unfortunately, we had to put my dog down. About a week later I received a sympathy card from the office signed and noted by all the staff members. Mind you, I was not one of their customers prior to that. That small act alone has brought me back to them. I now have a rescue cat and they treat him like a superstar. I love all the staff and Dr. McCain is awesome. Also, prices are very reasonable for the service you receive. Quality over quantity all day. Will recommend to anyone needing a vet.

Utterly irresponsible pet care. Avoid Avoid Avoid. I came in at 2am out of concern my cat was not peeing. The vet tech was very nice and the doctor brusque, but competent. $125 for the emergency visit and $40 more for urinalysis. They said I would receive a call at 7 or 8am with results of the test to tell me if the cat needed to start antibiotics ASAP...no call. I call them at 2pm. They say the test hasn't resulted, they should know by 4 or 5pm....no call. I call them at 6:30pm. Test hasn't resulted. They don't know why, but they can leave a note for the night person to call me if they've resulted....no call. I call them at 9pm. The test has resulted but they're not allowed the tell me the results because a veterinarian needs to look at it. They will contact me in the morning. No call the next morning. I call at 11am. The vet is not in today and they will leave my results for someone to interpret and call me later. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t fathom how any pet care is actually performed here. I ended up driving down there in person. While staff was very nice, it in no way made up for absolute TRAINWRECK of care. Cat had a UTI that needed antibiotics he started today. Care was delayed by more than 24 hours for no reason. If he was a more elderly or sick, he could have kidney injury or sepsis.

Disturbing vet. Went in with puppy and 3 1/2 hours later the iron she needed for her serious anemia was not available. They said it was on backorder and not available for 5 days. Nothing over the counter so I went and bought liver to feed her. Also doing blood work. Said results looked odd so they were going to rerun after they cleaned out the blood machine. WHAT!!!! A dirty blood machine giving false readings????? We also keep telling the dr. That she was wheezing, not coughing. Sent us home with cough medicine. . Being a puppy we didn't want to over medicate her. Also sold us a can of dog food??? No iron on it. Told it was to get her to eat. She is and has been eating fine. We are traveling but thought locals should know. This is NOT a caring vet but one that only cares about $$$$. I have raised many dogs, never felt taken like I did with these people. Can't even call them animal lovers.

Awful! Our dog suddenly became not herself late in the day Thurs. My mother assumed it was an upset stomach. She gave it til the following morning, trying to not jump to conclusions. She brought our dog here and found out it was more of a serious situation. Naturally, her mind went in 7 different directions and was instructed to leave her for 3 day observation, blood work, and antibiotics. My mother left at noon. Our dog passed at 3pm. The employee who put my mother's information into their system, put her number in WRONG. She DIDN'T verify it. She DIDN'T ask for a backup phone number. She DIDN'T ask for any other form of contact. It is YOUR jobs to continue to think straight for those who can't concerning members of our families, when entrusting our babies to your "care". If my mother had not called on her own to check in on her at 7pm, WHO KNOWS WHEN SHE WOULD'VE FOUND OUT. She was told she could go in and view her and be able to say goodbye. My mom was in no condition to drive herself, so we weren't able to get there as a family until 830pm. We were then told they already wrapped her and wasn't recommended to see her. They wanted to charge my mom her balance for our dog's hospitalization when they only had her for 3 hrs. There was no hospitalization!! The nurse on duty said she would probably get in trouble for taking that charge off, did anyway, so thank u to her specifically, BUT your office dropped the ball. There should have already been some form of comping for that, or anything really, already in the system. AND then my mom was charged for a burial box. What!?!?! After leaving emotional, we realized today, Saturday, they DID NOT give us her collar. My mom called and she was told they needed to ask the personnel if they've seen it or even still have it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! Disorganized. So disgusted. The communication within and from this place is appalling.

Wife took our kitten in for initial visit and shots and was sold a plan @ $400 which was supposed to include the spay and regular visits. We show up to get her fixed and was charged an additional $250 on the day of the surgery. Cat was returned with no cone and was told to go to pet smart. Poor showing...dont buy a plan. Which is what I told my wife after it was already done. Staff is nice here though.
