I don’t trust anyone else with my pets. They always make sure you feel comfortable with the steps they are taking. I suggest writing down any questions or concerns because talking to the vet does sometimes make someone forget small things that may have been a concern. Highly recommend an appointment. Your pet will fall in love with this staff. Ms. Debbie & Ms. Melissa are the best receptionist. Also recommend paying attention to your phone the day after appointment, they call to make sure your pet is going okay.

The staff here is great. I was able to get a same day emergency appointment for my bird. The doctor is great at explaining everything thoroughly. the vet tech was great handling my little bird. Thank you so much!

I recently took my best friend of 15 years here thinking he had an ear infection. He actually had a stroke. I didn't think he would make it through the holidays, but he waited until mid January.

I was treated with the most courteous and compassionate staff and doctor. They were direct, and understanding. They informed me because of his age that he will not make and gave me the time i needed to gather myself.

I hope no one ever needs to go through this tragedy,  but if you do ... come here and let them help you. They made a horrible point in my life bearable with professional compassion.

Dr Bassett was great! The staff was very caring and gentle with my baby Star. I brought her in on an emergency and he figured out what was wrong immediately. He was honest with me regarding her outcome. The place is immaculate.  I would totally recommend this office to all pet parents.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BUNNIES. Please think twice before taking any "exotic" pet here. I understand rabbits are not AS common as cats or dogs but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be educated in how to treat them. My bunny hadn't been eating. I was worried because I KNEW there was something wrong. First my rabbit starving herself was blamed on her "broken leg", which is actually the splayed leg she was born with. The doctor literally admitted to not knowing what to do for her. She was given two shots and sent home. She was pretty much dead within an hour of being home.
