AWFUL agency. Do not waste your time with this agency. They are extremely unprofessional, lie, talk about people (staff and clients) behind their back, the local office was SO rude, the list goes on. They were fine if no issues occurred but the moment a concern came up they turned extremely unprofessional. They sent me nurses who were sleeping on the job and stealing from my house.m when they were supposed to be caring form my sick baby. They have a bunch of lawsuits going on right now and will probably have more in the future. They don’t have anyone in their best interest (their clients or they own nursing staff), they only care about their money. For example: charging insurance one amount, but paying their nurses about $10 less an hour so they can “profit.” That would explain some of the lawsuits going on. When I wasn’t happy with them they told me I could find another agency.. so I did, and when the transition took place they made it SUPER difficult because they were bitter. That’s not professional at all especially when your baby is extremely sick and gets 24 hour nursing. Us parents shouldn’t have to deal with the extra nonsense when we have enough to advocate about.  Save your time and look for another agency.
