The best experience at a doctors office I’ve ever had. The wait time was minimal. The staff was so helpful and wonderful the entire time. The physician is very knowledgeable and easily explains anything you don’t understand.

I’m so happy that after 6 months of trying and another 3 months break of going around different south Florida locations with little to no notice on cancelling my appointments.THIS LOCATION was able to get my implant out today with no problem. I did have to wait quite a bit but that’s also due to me showing up 10 minutes late (I’m coming from plantation so it is a distance). 
Staff was very friendly and easy to talk to! 
Over the phone when I had called to tell them I was running late they were understanding and was still able to keep my appointment. 
Honestly I’m just so pleased to have finally gotten to see a nurse practitioner able to remove implants.

Extremely awful customer service. Corporate gave me a wrong address and then when I called they gave me a new address and I was told my wait time will be an 1 1/2 hours. The black lady at the front desk with a blonde short hair cut was extremely rude when I got there. Overall the worst experience I’ve ever had!! Never coming here again. And I would definitely not recommend. Ghetto and rude!!

Outstanding patient care, outstanding service. I have arrived at 2.58 pm for my 3.00 pm appointment and i was in the examine room by 3.10 pm.  As a 36 year old woman, i have never felt this comfortable in any of my previous gynecologist experiences. Very friendly stuff, very professional attitude. Thank you for providing this service in such an affordable way at really high quality standards.

Amazing staff, was completely nervous about going in alone, but they really make you feel comfortable and get you the medical attention you need, very professional and cost is reasonable (paid w/ no insurance).  Would definitely recommend!!
