Interim Healthcare provided exceptional care to my grandparents. As a nurse I understand how home health works. I understand the limitations that are placed upon the agencies by the insurance companies and lack of follow up from physician's offices. I also understand the new guidelines that are in place. Gone are the days of "you can have anything you want" healthcare for our seniors, because of the new guidelines. Again Interim took phenomenal care of my grandparents, up until my Grandpa's admission to hospice care, they still made his life better.

Beware if you do business with this company. They provided home health services to me when I got out of the hospital in early August 2017. They over collected an additional 4 copays from me. That is not the issue. The issue is that it is February 2018 and they never sent me the refund. I called them up today and they confirmed that they owed me the money. WHY WASN'T MY REFUND EVER SENT TO ME AND WHY DID I HAVE TO CALL AND REQUEST THAT IT BE SENT. That is bad business. Makes one wonder how many thousands of dollars they are sitting on that they owe to their customers. Shame on them. That is not how you run a business. If you owe a refund to someone you should process and send it to your customer in a timely manner. 5-6 months later after your customer calls and request said refund it not acceptable. If you do business with this company make sure you review your claims history.

I am a patent of theirs' for these past two weeks and the nurses are great. On the other hand, their office staff stinks. I have been lied to several times by my case worker and to the point not answering my phone calls. If I can't get them to change my case worker, I'll probably discharge them!

My mother had a job interview scheduled two days in advance for a position that was becoming available at the company. She had to travel nearly an hour to arrive, only to be told that the person in the position is no longer leaving the company. They didn't even have the nerve to call her about the position being unavailable. Definitely not the type of company you want to work for.

This corporation is ignorant and racist against Haitians nurses, as if the natiomality would affect someone's work performance.
