Story

We Carry the best gear out from, Specialized, KHS, Marzocchi, Industry Nine, SixSixone, Troy lee, RaceFace, ODI, Sram, Shimano, HT Components, Maxxis, Kenda and more! Bottom line if it's out there we can get it for you! Anything you need done to your bike we can do it! We have rentals and sick tours and trails! Friendly and fun atmosphere at the shop and we get things done!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Showed us, some very beginner bikers, the ropes, and gave us great directions for scenic routes. Staff was pretty honest about which paths we should take so we didn't kill ourselves on the second mountain biking experience of our lives. Coolest way to see the Hoover Dam!

WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?! WE ALL KNOW YOU DON'T COME HERE FOR THE BEST PRICE..... It's one thing to have an expensive store if you're offering something beyond the product. The only thing you should expect with your visit, is snide employees + owner, who will inform you, without tact, where you are going "wrong." My visit quickly turned from needing some parts/wanting to buy something, to scrambling for the front door to leave. BIKE BUYER BEWARE! In this world of almost infinite options, you DO NOT HAVE TO SETTLE FOR 5th place. There are many shops left that value your business! Maybe one day these guys will realize that without customers, they will starve. Score: 1/10 - customer interaction 1/10 - conflict resolution 6/10 - Part and item selection 3/10 - Pricing. This place is EXPENSIVE! MSRP and UP! 2/10 - Overall. 0/10 - Likelihood of a re-visit

Awesome place.... Kurt is awesome... took plenty of time to explain the good and the bads. Went in with a ton of questions left very happy with a bike... would definitely recommend the drive out...

BEWARE OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS! I completely agree with all the other folks on here who rated it 1 star. They are very arrogant, and pompous. They did not do the work they said they did. They knew we werent from the area and that we were visiting. We wer definitely trwated porrly for having bikes that didnt cost thousands of dollars as well.

I was in town for business and decided I needed to do some riding. All Mountain Cyclery was recommended to me by a friend here in New York. I called ahead and made a reservation to hold a bike. I got to the shop early, they started getting the bike ready right away. They installed my pedals and did a great job setting up the bike. I was given advice about the trails. I rode several hours, the bike was awesome. I had an excellent ride, the experience with the shop was top notch. I will defiantly refer the shop to everyone. The only frustration I have is, I didn't ride a second day. Thank you for the experience, I'll be back the next time I'm in town.
