HORRIBLE! They broke valuable, irreplaceable items AND they hid them trying to keep me from seeing! They weren't even upfront when I found them and asked! They were running out of time, so I had to borrow money from my brother to buy 3 more hours. I was told that would be enough to get everything done. Well, the truck finally filled up, there was still a bunch left! I was told that this was all that could be done with the amount I was paying...even with the added 3 hours! Then we got to the other house & the head guy said I needed to pay up. When I said I would after they unloaded the truck, he got very rude. He told me that I had to pay before they would unload the truck! If I didn't pay right then, they were going to take the truck & all my belongings inside of it & park it in their lot until I paid! That's just absurd! In what business do you pay before the job is complete? Nobody said this was their way of doing business when I arranged this! His specific comments were "I don't care what you think about this or what you want done. F*** you!" and walked to the truck. I went after him to confront him about his words. The only nice guy had to step between us, neighbors heard the argument & were not liking his behavior either. He called his boss, who then called me asking what was the problem? When I explained the list of things I had been through, then said I was not wanting to pay until they completed the job he informed me that this was their policy. He, too, said if no payment was made they would bring the truck & my belongings back to their lot & hold it until payment was made. He said I would be able to fill out the form & deal with their claims/insurance people for replacement or reimbursement of items broken. I had no choice but to pay them right then. Once payment was made they proceeded to unload the truck. They were not going to do the things I had been told they'd do, like set up the beds on frames, attaching headboards, attaching mirrors to dressers since they had taken them apart, nor were they going to put boxes in the rooms they were labeled for(which I was told they always do) until I realized they were loading the garage full, stacking up boxes high. I am not able to unstack the boxes much less carry everything in the house by myself! They were not careful with anything fragile despite being clearly marked! Their "wrapping" method was the worst thing I've ever seen! They literally would wrap plastic around anything to secure it. They even told me not to empty the refrigerator because they were going to wrap it. The arms on the shelves in the door were all broken in 2 pieces due to the items being left inside & their less than careful moving job. Some things inside had busted, spilled, there was a HUGE mess inside when I opened it much later that night. They put fragile items on bottom when stacking things in the garage, a mirror that I had to remind them to attach to a dresser was only propped up behind it but I didn't even know it for months until I moved the dresser to sweep behind it, then the mirror came down and hit me in the face. After they finally unloaded the truck I began to see the chaos of what they did. Over the next few months I would end up fighting for the items broken by THEM to be replaced or reimbursement. Plus, over time I realized items were missing! Not only did they NOT reimburse or replace ANYTHING they broke, they said they were not responsible for items missing from the house. They went over budget, broke items, lost/stole items, never paid for items they broke, stole or lost. I had to pay for replacing broken things, another mover to finish the job, someone to move boxes from garage inside, to put together things they took apart to move. They NEVER even apologized. NEVER paid me back for breaking my things but I had to replace due to them! They cost more money than they were worth, to say the least! BAD BUSINESS! DO NOT USE THEM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY! 😡💲💲💸💰🚫👎

Outstanding! They came in, did the walk through with me, packed us up and moved us to our new place ALL within about 4hrs. My move was less stress because of their manners, expeditious efficiency, attention to detail and hard work. I would definitely recommend All My Son's moving company for your next move!

Stacy,Jamie,Ed,Teon,Terrell and Brandon.... This crew was the BEST I've ever had! They took great care of my items, and never once complained about my huge statues that every other mover complains about. I would DEFINITELY hire them again. Fast, efficient, and reliable.

Stacy Chris and Ed rock! They are the BEST! All My Sons were a bit higher than other estimates, but have used them before & knew their work! Dependable, reliable & know what they are doing. They really ARE the BEST!
