Great staff good service .. fast moving

2020 review—This company, Admiral Moving & Logistics, is the absolute best in all of Arkansas and in my experience the best I’ve ever used anywhere, let me explain —-first, I was unable to except delivery on the initial scheduled date as I was out of town at the time . Admiral moving agreed to delay the scheduled delivery until my return a week later at no additional cost. —-Second, upon my return they contacted me to confirm the new delivery date. —-Third, they confirmed the time of delivery twice on the day on delivery once by office personnel and once by the delivery team when they were 20 minutes away. —-Fourth, the delivery men were Polite well mannered and professional they inspected the base platform for the new mattress made some adjustments removed the old mattress and placed it in another room and proceeded to put the new mattress in place clean up their mess and debris wished us a good day and departed. Mrs Karen Boulton that came to our home & gave estimate & helped arrange our move was excellent. Bree Woodell out of the Springdale location was also excellent. The driver did a great job too. The moving crew in Arkansas worked hard & did well. Here in Wyoming the moving crew did ok.

Stanley Wayne and Micheal were professional and very friendly did a wonderful job delivering and putting together our new full-size frame and mattress after climbing 3 full flights of stairs. Excited, can’t wait to sleep on it tonight.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! They promised the moon on the front end but did not deliver. I've been in my new house for 13 days and I'm still waiting for 20+% of my stuff. I have beds with no frames, chairs without the dining room table, chairs with no cushions, and on and on and on. Management has fed us a line of BS and made little effort to find a viable solution. I have many corporate contacts around the country and my recommendation will be to stay away from Mayflower! And by the way- I'm still waiting for my stuff to be delivered!

Superior team from Admiral! Everything went off without a hitch, I couldn't be happier. I had some extremely fragile, cherished antiques - the guys took great care with my pieces. I appreciate that so much.  Will refer Steve Buonamici and Admiral Moving to anyone!
