I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I truly felt like I needed to discuss my experience with this company so that others know what they might expect upon using their services.

My wife and I ordered an entire bedroom set from 1StopBedrooms. Included in the order was the 'Room of Choice & Assembly' added value. Blue Truck was the particular delivery company of choice from the company we ordered from.

Our set was scheduled to be delivered Tuesday, 3/13/2018. I get a call early on the day of delivery, around 7:30 am. The delivery guy says he has a scheduled delivery for us, but they can't make it because they're having major truck issues and that the earliest they can get it out is the following Saturday. I told him it was completely understandable and things happen, no worries.

On the rescheduled day of delivery, I get a call from the delivery guy saying they were in route and would be at our place in the scheduled window of time. Sweet! However, I received another call just 30 minutes later from another guy saying he had our bedroom set and was filling in for the other two guys because they had just quit on the spot. 

Again, things happen, right? However, he said he and the other guy filling in wouldn't be able to assemble our furniture set (a king bed and mattress, two nightstands, a dresser and dresser mirror) because they didn't have any tools and had too many other deliveries that day. So, like any husband would do, I sucked it up and assembled everything myself. Normally, I wouldn't be frustrated, but when you pay for an entire bedroom set with assembly included, it isn't fun to learn that the added value on an entire bedroom set isn't going to happen, especially on the day of delivery. Also learning this minutes before your delivery arrives doesn't exactly make for a great start to a Saturday morning.

Just last night, less than a week from the delivery, another guy from the company calls me saying they were in the area and were coming to assemble our furniture. This was the first time I had ever heard anything about this. I'm not sure if they were anticipating me not assembling my furniture and waiting a week? I would have almost preferred them wait another week and just bring the furniture AND the tools.

Again, I just wanted everyone to be aware of what you can expect from this company. It definitely didn't sit well with me how everything was handled, so just be aware of what's going on with your delivery.

I ordered a sectional that was to be delivered and installed by Blue Truck Moving. I was informed that they would arrive between 10-2. The drivers showed up at 7pm.  When they showed up to delivered they only brought half of my sectional. The delivery driver informed me that the company would contact me with information on the rest of my couch. The company never called me and after I called them, they informed me that they only received 2 of the 3 pieces. After the company that i ordered the furniture contacted Blue Truck Moving and they found the rest of the furniture in their warehouse i was informed i would receive the rest of my furniture the next time Blue Truck Moving would be in my area, approx. 2 weeks later. When Blue Truck Moving delivered the rest of my couch 2 weeks later they called me at 630 in the evening to deliver my furniture between 9-10. The drivers did not show up until midnight. The delivery drivers brought the rest of the couch into my house and left it still wrapped in plastic and began to leave. I informed the drivers that i paid for installation and they replied "this is just a fly buy. The other guys got paid to do that." i feel like this is a terrible way to conduct a business.

One of the worst experiences I have had with a company. I ordered from Coleman Furniture who subcontracted Blue Truck to deliver my order. They delivered half my furniture their first attempt. They did not even show for the next 2 appointments (no call or explanation). When they finally tried delivering the rest of the furniture, they tried leaving before I got there because they said they have a 15 minute waiting policy. Ironic, considering I had been waiting almost 6 weeks. They hung up on me multiple times. They were also supposed to assemble the furniture (did not happen on either occasion). They were extremely unhelpful, disrespectful, and unorganized.

Don't use! They don't deliver when they say they will. Supposed to get my couch today(saturday) in the time slot of 11 to 3pm. Tried calling the only two numbers they have and of course those lines are only answered monday through friday. I will be  complaining to the company I bought the couch from and telling them not to use Blue truck anymore for deliveries.
