Bottom Line Up Front: moving is stressful enough. Avoid this company due to their rudeness and lack of professionalism in their front office.

I'm not sure I can say enough bad things about my experience in one post. I feel comfortable giving one star because there were some positives that I will start with below.

Positives: 
My move out crew was excellent. They took good care of our belongings and behaved in the way we were told to expect when we hired this company. Derrell (not sure on the spelling) was amazing to work with.

Negatives:
Due to a pretty tight timeline, we moved out of our house early and paid for storage in transit with this company. (Moved out Saturday, moved in on a Monday). On Monday morning, no one called. I spent my morning from 1000-1300 trying to get just a timeline for the move in with no results. 

During my phone call at 1 pm, after speaking with the same 'gentleman' (Bob maybe) each time and getting the runaround with zero apologies, I asked for his boss. Turns out he is the boss. His tone was condescending to put it mildly. Halfway through me talking, he puts the phone down to give a, "what's up buddy" to someone who walked past him. I hung up. I am still without my belonging or even a timeline for when that will happen.

We moved from a two bedroom condo 1300sqft to a 3 bedroom house 10minutes away within the same zipcode. I was quoted the packing material would all be included and it would be $129/hr for a 2bd condo that should take 4 hours which I thought was reasonable. The 3 guys that showed up decided to take smoke breaks, put a hole in the wall, dent my kitchen table, and ride my bike into the truck. Not to mention the seeds they were eating I found spread all around my old and new home. I called the owner in the middle of my move to tell them that they were acting unprofessional and were intentionally "milking the clock" by taking hours to wrap my mattress in 2 rolls of tape. I was told that all packing was included, but was then slammed with a $75 fee for materials. I called to complain and the owner said that I had to pay because the clock is ticking and the longer I waited to pay, the more they got paid per hour. My bill was over $1,100.00 to move a 2bdrm condo! I didn't have them box a single item. I am taking them to small claims court any help that the public can provide with dealing with this disaster would be greatly appreciated.
