Overall, my experience at this location was fairly good. There were some things that were not.

I'll start with the positive. I have really bad anxiety and for the most part, they were very supportive and willing to make things easier for me. I had not been to the dentist since I was in high school, so I had a LOT of work that needed to be done. Dr Burgmeier was by far my favorite. She was always checking to make sure I was okay and comfortable. She made me feel really comfortable coming back for my multiple appointments. She was also very quick, but not so much that she felt rushed.

Now, the not so positive...first, scheduling. I had a few issues with scheduling and the office messing up the times of appointments I had scheduled. I originally told them I could only come in after 3pm on days that I worked, but I ended up getting scheduled for two 2pm appointments. So of course I rescheduled them. I had to reschedule one after that due to being sick. Apparently they had to also reschedule the other appointment due to that. That wasn't a problem. 
However, I then ended up getting a kidney stone the day before the new rescheduled day...and the girl who I spoke with over the phone gave me a very hard time and said I had to pay a cancellation fee. I didn't have to when the time came, which I am grateful for, but it was still very upsetting. 
Next, when I got my cleaning, the lady seemed to be very focused on getting it done and did not notice that she was hurting me until I started having a panic attack. I was very obviously shaking and crying while she worked, but she continued on. In the end, she had to stop and call in Dr Burgmeier to numb my mouth.

Very pleased with Aspen Dental from start to finish. The friendly lady who did x-rays explained everything, which was nice because it was my first time to have digital x-rays and it was uncomfortable but not painful.  The dentist also explained clearly what my x-rays showed and what she recommended be done.  Next step was Ashley explaining the procedures and expense involved with each.  She was very gracious and helpful, really appreciated her!  Then the dentist painlessly got my cavities filled in a short but not rushed amount of time.   The only thing I don't like  is that I live 2.5 hrs away and to get teeth cleaned, you have to come in for the exam and x-rays and then make an appt for another day/another trip to come for the cleaning.  I wish that could all be done the same day.

I really liked my visit at Aspen Dental! The staff was friendly and informative and explained everything to me with great detail. They answered all my questions and made me feel at home. Definitely a great experience! :)

I went to Aspen Dental for the first time April 17th and it was awesome. I was a little nervous but that didn't last long at all. Everyone there was so nice. It was unbelievable how comfortable I was. I would highly recommend Aspen to my friends, family and everyone that needs a good experience at a dentist office.

My experience at Aspen Dental on San Pedro was a great friendly and excellent! I was impressed with all the staf's  profession quality of care and quick service.  I highly recommend  this place for dental care.
