Reviews

Took in to repair screen. It came back with the keyboard not working. (Set up if ask me) also they misplaced my charger, laptop not charged. Could not turn on laptop without charger. Few days later recieved charger allowing me to turn on laptop to find my keyboard not working. Plugged a keyboard in order to use it.  FISHY place DO NOT RECCOMMEND!!!

Horrible service! This is the worst store ever! I went there to reformat my Toshiba laptop & pay $150. They told me to come back in 2 days , then two days after they told me to come back again in 2 days coz they still haven't fix it yet. So I came back again after two days then they told me come back again tomorrow then after tomorrow they keep saying come back again tomorrow . So I talked to the guy asking him like why would you just tell me to come back whenever it's ready coz you keep saying that you gonna fix it by this date then nothing happened, it's like I'm wasting my time and effort keep going to their store for nothing! So it lasted them 2 weeks for them to reformat my computer.  So when I got my laptop, I wanted to check everything before I left, I told them to connect it to their wifi & see if it works good. Then the guy told me they don't have wifi in their store! & I'm like so shocked, what kind of wireless repair business is this without wifi. But then I went home and tried to connect it to wifi & guessed what they made it worst.  I can't use my laptop anymore. I was so pissed , so I went back again to their store asking for then to refix it coz it's not working or just give my money back. And the guy was telling me that sorry we can't do any refund & if we gonna fix your laptop again, you have to pay again!
And I'm like are you kidding me? You didn't even fix my laptop , you made it worst now I cannot even used it anymore and I walked out! 
No wonder they don't have customers in their store coz they just wanna ripped off your money!  So I suggest you guys have to go to other place

Very nice place to get your repairs done, the customer service is spot-on and the repair technician do it for cheap in my opinion.

Nope! No good.  Liars and a scam for your money.. they cannot repair!  Go Somewhere Else, Not here.
