The pharmacy is run by the most inapt people I've ever come across. When I asked if they have a medication they would not tell me unless I presented them with the prescription. That works well in a city that doesn't have millions of people in horrible traffic. Their customer service is terrible and the pharmacy and pharmacist apparently have no idea about being courteous and helpful.

The store is separate from the Walgreen liquor and the Walgreen itself. Great customer service and employee. I recommend

Aside from the fact that it may take forever to check out, this location is usually open at the most convenient times and has most products you'll need in stock. Prices seem to be a bit inflated though, and sometimes there are panhandlers hanging out in the front of the store. There's also a liquors conveniently within the same building separate from the main store.

The pharmacy is a joke, you wait for 10 to 15 minutes only to find that the prescription you thought was ready wasn't. They may have problems with the insurance not wanting to pay for the prescription, but if you pay the full amount they can give to you. Or the prescription has expired and they say the doctor has not responded to their calls. Checking with the doctor they claim they hadn't received any calls. Either way, They don't call you if there is a problem and then they want you to either call your doctor or your insurance company. After many years filling my prescription at Walgreens and seeing the service get worse, I've changed all my prescriptions to CVS.
