Reviews
False advertising and unwilling to honor prices listed in published ads. We showed the employee the ad and he would not honor saying it was a "general" statement. We then asked to speak with the owner. He was called and categorically said No! Regardless of what was stated in the ad. If this shop is willing to post advertisements and not honor them, I wonder what would happen if I purchase an item from them, have a problem and then try to claim warranty repair or more. False advertising and dishonest.

Excellent shop : good advices from a knowledgeable and nice guy. Just bought a Stromer ST1 there, and so far I'm the happiest commuter on the streets ! I very highly recommend this place to buy an electric bike.

Very good service. Quite knowledgeable and straight Forward and honest apprach. Quick to the point. Very good selection of product and very friendly approach to explain options, price levels and technical facts. Happy to have brought my rare Electric bike to this place which was fixed suceessfully

Very misleading advertising. They have multiple bikes listed on Craig's list. Clearly with a pic of a bike with pricing. When you call to discuss, it's a bait and switch. Valim who picked up the phone advised that bike you're looking at on Craigs list is not $799, it's $2099.00. I explained, you clearly have a pic of the bike with a $799.00 price. In his words... "we do that to get people interested" false advertising IMO and I would not give them my business. So much for supporting a small local owned establishment.
