I had an extremely traumatic experience leading up to getting to this particular urgent care center. I had gotten something in my eye on Sunday, bothered me for a day and then didn’t at all (okay no big deal, right?) by Friday (today at the end of my shift at work, around 2:00) it began to bother me again, so much so that I couldn’t even drive myself to said Urgent Care. When I got back to the room to see the Doctor I was in hysterics over my eye and he handled it perfectly. Calmed me down, assed my eyeball situation and got it out using a very small needle which obviously freaked me out. The assistant helping him was so sweet to me in my moment of an adult tantrum. I appreciate them being so kind and helpful while I was so panicked by my eye and then having to get whatever was in there, out!! 10/10 service and knowledge of this place. Thanks guys.

I went to the clinic in Carlisle last Friday and saw one of the physicians. I had a really bad cough and a sore throats I was told I would be fine in a few days and given no medicine or shots, I ended up feeling even worse the next few days and am still sick. Not sure why the doctor thought I didn't need anything to help me get over this sickness. Definitely will go somewhere else next time, hopefully a place that is more concerned with their patients wellness.

Been there month ago for my 18 month old boy who was sick and vommiting waited there for one and half hour , nurse couldnt find insurance policy which i can from my Cellphone , next thing they were insenstive toward my cultural dress up as indian. And were talking which i can clealry hear , aftr long wait and checkup doctr suggested to buy ibobrufen , at the end heard a nurse saying thank god they are going .

I would give it zero stars but that's not a option. Had a random DOT drug test today I'm still sitting here in the lobby been sitting here for over 30 minutes are you f'n serious all I have to do is pee in a cup. This is ridiculous I'm asking my company to change where we take are random pee tests. Very very pissed off
