It is a very poor place to work insurance is not good and your holiday pay is not free u need pto time to get paid for holidays.your manager Erica in Mechanicsburg is very unprofessional she talks about employees to other employees she's two-faced.  She thinks her employees are her friends but they talk about her a lot too . And Erica and JR are friends outside of work which makes it hard if u have a problem with one of them they will stick up for each other .  When there is an issue all they do is email u they never come to u and talk face to face.

Where to begin? This place is a joke. I was referred here by my company, being that it was one of my only choices, I went. This place is terribly dirty and slow. It took over 2.5 hours just to be seen, they only have 2 real M.D's, the rest are PAC's. The PAC I got introduced himself like this, "I'm Garth, I'm just a simple ole' country boy, I think the best method for you is just to walk it off." He never checked my X-rays or talked to me. He ended up aggravating my ankle more and told me, "stop being a big baby, you're fine." This place is a joke, stay away.

I am a stay at home mother of two, my son and my step daughter.  To make a long story short my husband lost his job due to the plant he worked for shut down and closed it's doors.  I am an honest women trying to make money for her family.  I decided to drive school van because I could take my son and save the expense of child care.  We DO NOT live off the system or have anything like that not even WIC we make to much as they say.  I went in to have my drug, TB test, and physical done.  I failed the physical due to a non life threatening medical issue that I have other options that I could take so I could get the job.  The nurse i was working with expressed this to me in a nice professional manner as she was doing her job and doing it well.  DR. Kevin Hepler on the other hand....

To start with him I was waiting in the room for about 5 minutes to see him.  I called my sister who got me the job to express being upset about the physical part and failing and the reason.  As Kevin Hepler walked in the room I kindly hung the phone up with him walking into the room.  He heard me tell my sister the doctor is walking in.  In his rude dry stern voice yeah i just entered.  I shrugged it off as maybe he has a dry personality as most doctors do.  He proceeds to say to me "its people like you who waist my time and take up my time for others and scolding me as if i was two.  I could understand if i had pointed my finger and told him to hold on but that clearly wasnt the case.  I hung up immediately with my sister as he had walked into the room.  Kevin Hepler proceeds to lash out on me infront of his staff and clients in the waiting room and leaving me in tears, disbelief, humiliated, and him asking me IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT? And attempting to hold a job over my head and basically threatening me.  I dont understand how ANYONE could think of doing that to someone and basically taking food out of my kids mouth by taking a potential job away from someone because they were on the phone and hung up immediately with the doctors presence.  What hurts the most is he didnt even give me time to express my situation.  I AM NO DEAD BEAT nor should I be treated the way I was.  I hope he does not treat his wife like this IF he even has one.  I will NEVER be back to this place as I was completely mortified when leaving this office! That will forever be my impression and word of mouth is the best advertisement and my word of advertisement is never ever go to this horrible place they dont even deserve a star! I will be reporting Dr. Kevin Hepler to the PA board of medicine! And reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau!

WorkNet is by far the worst "urgent" care system in the area. There is absolutely no "in and out" here, rude staff, dingy and small waiting room. If there were negative stars, if give them.
